great location good variety friendly staff small safe dated decor limited breakfast
The hotel's location was great. I was just a short walk from the pier. The breakfast had a good variety. Friendly staff assisted with luggage pickup and delivery to my room, a detail I appreciated. I felt very welcome.
I noticed the safe was too small, so I had to store my laptop in the lobby. This caused me some worry. The room's decor felt dated. It didn't match the images shown online.

The pool offered a very nice view. They provided beach towels. That was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful when I booked a full day tour.
I did not see discounted prices for tours. The tour prices seemed more expensive than other websites. The massage services also cost nearly double compared to other salons.

multifunctional machines full set luggage service lacking housekeeping crowded pool chlorinated pool
The gym had multifunctional machines. It also featured a full set of dumbbells. Breakfast was tasty. it was almost the same every day. The staff helped with luggage on the arrival and departure days.
Housekeeping was lacking. Bedding wasn't changed . Fresh towels were not provided either. The pool was very crowded with children! It was heavily over-chlorinated.

excellent location quiet spot private beach
The location is excellent. It is close to the main area (about a 10-minute walk to the pier) yet remains a quiet spot. The private beach and pool area offered a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel restaurant overlooking the sea provided good lunch options.

The location away from the pier made it peaceful. The private beach was a great perk, and the on-site restaurant was convenient. My room was clean, and the bed was large. The pool area offered nice beach views.
The gym was very small and some equipment needed maintenance.

the location was convenient, near the beach and other amenities. the hotel staff transported luggage to and from the pier, which i appreciated. the rooftop veranda, where breakfast was served, had views. i found the helpful staff very cute and friendly.
